It is with great pleasure that I extend a warm welcome to all participants of the Third International Conference of the Kurdistan Association of Surgeons, held jointly with the Second International Conference of the Kurdistan Region Iraq Chapter of the American College of Surgeons, taking place on November 5–6, 2026, at the Grand Millennium Sulaymaniyah Hotel, Sulaymaniyah, Iraq.
